This project is located in London and the responsible interior designer is Juliette Byrne. Her decorating ideas and interior inspiration are well-known for her elegant and contemporary style, which is merged with modern classics, as well as her strong attention to detail.

Mayfair Boutique Home has been developed to suit the highest expectations of visitors who come with their families and desire home privacy in London’s most desirable location. So, this is six floors of housing that combine sophisticated luxury and cutting-edge features, fitting every necessity of modern city living.

Mayfair Boutique Home has been divided into the formal, semi-formal and private zone. This is the office: a contemporary style mixed with modern classic hues room, that was the winner of the United Kingdom Property Awards in 2018. In this room, MAYA 2 Seat Sofa grabs all the attention, bringing the needed sophistication and commodity to the space.

MAYA 2 Seat Sofa was inspired by the Maya’s Maize God. Embodying her sensual and delicate forms, MAYA Sofa has legs in matte aged brass, being the perfect element to add to any modern interior, even in an office.

This is the reception room located on the first floor, the first place every guest sees. A bright and elegant formal zone surrounded by stylish wall panelling.

The unique design of the SEQUOIA Centre Table occupies the reception room. With its elegant design and sublime finishes, this centre table is the centre of attention.

SEQUOIA Center Table is inspired by one of the largest and tallest trees in the world. With a distinct walnut root veneer top that shows the passage of years, this centre table also has a base in brass with an aged patina that gives it a refined touch. It is indeed proof of the beauty of time passing.

Still, on the first floor, you are presented with a luxury game area that features a bespoke monogrammed billiard table, horn chess board table, and a specially commissioned leather-wrapped drink cabinet with lighted inside and mirror internal doors.

Inspired by the Look

There is a large luxury master bedroom suite with a fully book-matched marble bathroom on the third floor – this owner’s master bedroom takes up the entire third floor.

The Mayfair Boutique Home also has a panic room and lift, and a drawing-room, of which Juliette Byrne is very proud. This room was entirely converted from its initial run-down state to its former splendour. The designers also constructed an antique marble fireplace with a register grate, panelled the walls, and lay a gorgeous walnut parquet floor with a dark wood insert border.

Inspired by the Look

By connecting the drawing-room to the back of the floor area, a separate study with fitted bookcase units. The owners may now use the study room and gaze out the three floor-to-ceiling doors that lead onto a balcony, overlooking the magnificent architecture of Mayfair Boutique Home beyond.
